CoachPro launches exciting rugby experience

International stars share rugby expertise
One of the most exciting training opportunities to ever be presented in the Winelands is the first CoachPro to be held on 13 and 14 December at the Helderberg rugby club in Somerset West.
What makes this event so special is that it is presented by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced rugby players in South Africa.
CoachPro offers school children, boys and girls aged 10 to 18, the chance to learn directly from some of the best rugby players and coaches in the world. Two separate events will take place: the first on Friday, December 13, at Helderberg Rugby Club in Strand, and the second on Saturday, December 14, at Villagers Rugby Club in Claremont, Cape Town.

The CoachPro Rugby Experience focuses on high-quality coaching that mirrors the training and techniques used by elite international players and coaches. Participants will gain first-hand insights into the skills set needed to perform at the highest level. In addition to skill development, the event celebrates the spirit of rugby by fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and fun among players from various schools and backgrounds.
Highlights of the event include world-class coaching from international rugby legends, like Rosko Specman, former South African 7s and 15s player, and South African 7s Player of the Year. Joining him is Kyle Brown, former South African 7s captain and Player of the Year. Nadine Roos, current South African Women’s Player of the Year who represents South Africa in both 7s and 15s and Paul Delport, international 7s coach with 12 years of experience, and former South African 7s player.
During these training session participants will learn directly from these legends as they coach the same techniques and strategies, they used to reach the pinnacle of the sport. Core skills that will be focussed on include catching, passing, footwork, fundamental kicking skills, contact development and much more.
